My Name is Jason (Jay) Why did i start N J Security Ltd, I am Driven by a passion for safeguarding individuals and businesses, I established N J Security Ltd in 2024 to offer a personalized and comprehensive approach to the security industry . The existing landscape felt like it was lacking in certain areas – a genuine understanding of client needs, flexible and adaptable service offerings, and a commitment to fostering strong, trust-based relationships. I recognized that the security industry was lacking in proactive security measures, tailored to the specific risks and challenges faced by each client. Furthermore, a deep-seated belief in my ability to assemble a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals, equipped with skills and a commitment to excellence, fueled my decision to embark on this entrepreneurial journey. Ultimately, my own security company was born out of a desire to elevate security standards and provide clients with peace of mind through a truly bespoke and reliable service.
My Name is Nigel i am originally From Birmingham and an Ex Rover employee and on the weekends i started working in security on the doors that is where i found myself really enjoying the Night life economy, i moved down to Torbay in the early 90s and found myself working in security again. I am Driven by a passion for providing top-tier security solutions and a desire for greater control over the quality of service offered, I Co-founded N J Security Ltd. I recognized a gap in the Security sector. a company that prioritized personalized client relationships, and a truly dedicated team. Frustrated with the industry's tendency towards cookie-cutter approaches and a lack of responsiveness to individual needs, I felt compelled to create a company that put the client first. My vision was to build a security firm that not only protects assets and people but also fosters a sense of trust and partnership with its clients, offering tailored solutions that address their unique concerns and circumstances. My Name is Christopher (Chris) security operations manager, For N J Security Ltd i brings over 5 and a half years of experience honed within the military and subsequently translated into the private security sector where I have been for the last 18 years My background in the Anti Tank and signals Platoons within my regiment in the British Army instilled a deep understanding of skills that have proven invaluable in leading and optimizing security operations for complex environments. I possess a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols, managing diverse teams, and ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets. My experience extends to physical security and emergency response, enabling me to provide a holistic approach to security operations. Furthermore, my strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, cultivated through years of military and security service, make me a highly effective manager capable of building and fostering high-performing security teams.
