Here at N J Security Ltd our Door supervisors are a vital part of our company and are the first faces guests see when entering a venue ,
They work to ensure the security of the premises, and their interactions can define the overall impression a customer gets from the venue.
Our door supervisors, understand there roles and responsibility's within the venue they are working in.
All our Door Supervisors are trained to a high standard and have a minimum of First Aid at work, our teams are fully insured and have weekly briefing about the past week at a venue to see what they could do differently and what needs to change.
